Jan 31 — GreenLight mobility is proud to offer the Flex-a-Bed. The Flex-a-Bed is a wonderful alternative to a standard hospital bed with all the same features but with added comfort and versatility. Jan 18 — Today GreenLight Mobility is in Rock Hill South Carolina! We completed a wheelchair ramp rental for an entry way with 6 steps and and additional step to enter the home. Jan 17 — Today's project was tailored to help an individual return home from the hospital. We identified the need of weight bearing structures such as grab bars, addressed the height of the toilet with a higher upgrade, and outdoor hand rails to safely navigate in and out of the house. Jan 16 — Todays installation is in Charlotte, NC. Our skillful carpenter completed an additional handrail for indoor stairs to help provide additional supports at an area that is a high risk for falls, the stairs. Typical stairwells only have a hand rail on one side of the stairs but what happens when you need the stability of holding on with both hands? Or you loose function or have weakness in one arm? What if the handrail stops short? Is not a part of the landing?
