We needed assistance with safety grab bar installation in two bathrooms for my mother after a recent hospitalization and rehab stay. Felipe was great to work with and explained every detail down to the placement of the bars. He is also a therapist and was able to make suggestions that increased my mother’s safety and our peace of mind. Tom, the installer, did a wonderful job as well. During a very difficult time for my family, Felipe met with me and provided assurance that a ramp would be installed in time for my sister's discharge from rehab. He went beyond this though. Being a physical therapist, he offered to take a look at where she would be staying and gave ideas about other equipment and options that would make her more comfortable. I was not there on the day of the install, but my family shared how wonderful the gentleman working for the business also was who came to put in the ramp. As my sister prepares for her discharge, she has a sense of relief knowing that she will be able to enter her home after several months.
